MARK SHIELDS is the founder of The Life Practice Group. He is nationally respected as a successful Life and Business Coach & Trainer, Media Expert, Author and Motivational Speaker, appearing regularly on tv and radio. He has worked successfully with clients from CAM, business, the entertainment industry, as well as with world champion athletes, senior business leaders, famous musicians and senior government politicians.

SIMON MARTIN is the editor of IHCAN magazine (formerley CAM Mag)and a journalist who has been writing and researching alternative medicine and natural health for more than 30 years. He is a former editor of Here’s Health and the Journal of Alternative Medicine and is a University of Westminster graduate, class of ’99. He is also an elite masters athlete and won the world masters cross-country championship in Canada in 2010
